Ellicott Mills includes the adaptive reuse of an existing 8-story historic flour mill in Ellicott City. The project includes a vertical expansion of four levels of wood-framed residential units on an existing 3-story concrete structure by the riverside. The mixed-use development will also include retail and dining.
