Located within walking distance of the Shady Grove Metro station, The Henson is a new multi-family residential development featuring 200 units of affordable housing. The site is also adjacent to Lidl, offering affordable groceries to residents. In order to address the tight site constraints, the building includes a 5-over-3-story podium to maximize the number of units while also allowing for amenity and common spaces. The new development will add much-needed affordable housing to Montgomery County.
